Good Friday...

We spend the morning dealing with one sick Buggy... she has caught ever bug, virus, cold, and barf from here to timbucktwo this past year.

But after a long nap we salvaged our day and created ADVENTURE.
For me personally, it is a perfect place to reflect on the meaning of GOOD FRIDAY.

I am incredibly grateful for my family.
I am incredibly grateful for this HOLY day and the sacrifices associated with this day.
I don't focus my posts on religion ever but I am a believer in Jesus.

Glorious GOOD FRIDAY!

It was dreamy and all kinds of picturesque.
Good Friday means a lot of things to a lot of people.
Whatever the day means to you, I hope you enjoyed doing something you love with the ones you love.
Praying, easting, fasting, resting, being active, or a little of all the above.

This year our family of four shared a low key and perfect day on an abandoned beach.
Sorry, can't share the location.  Not yet anyway.
Camp fire, coffee, beer, picnic & sunshine.
We left with sand in every corner of our bodies and in ever stitch we brought with us.

We truly embraced the better part of a day with no technology (aside from my camera… HELLO MAKING MEMORIES!!!)  Refreshing.
